Developmental Team

OGA Developmental Girl's Program

The Developmental program at OGA is one of the paths into the competitive team program. These classes are designed to be a fast track into and through the beginning levels of team. The developmental classes are different from the Kinderstars and Futurestars in several ways. The girls enrolled in the developmental program concentrate on strength, flexibility, and skill basics for longer amounts of time. In addition, they also spend a significant amount of time working on progressions for higher level skills. These classes are taught by team coaches and are aimed at students who have the ultimate goal of being on the Girl's Competitive Team.

The Classes that make up the developmental program are as follows:

• Nebulas

practice 2x per week

•  Ultra Violets

practice 2x per week

• Novas

practice 3x per week

• Supernovas

practice 3x per week

These classes are available by management placement only.

Tuition and class policies follow the same guidelines as team.
